Shannen Beckinsale, Principal of LC Environmental, Health & Safety Services has a B.Sc. (Hons) in Environmental Biology, is a qualified National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) in British Columbia and Alberta as well as the following qualifications:
- Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP)
- Riparian Area Regulation Assessments
- All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Training
- Standard First-Aid CPR/AED
- Confined Space Entry/Monitor
- WHMIS 2015 Train the Trainer
- Fall Protection Training (OSSA)
- Leadership in Safety Excellence
She is associated as a Registered Professional biologist with the Association for Professional Biology (APB), the Alberta Society of Professional Biologists (ASPB) and the College of Applied Biology in British Columbia (CAB-BC).

Allysha Merritt is a Health and Safety Coordinator and professional Geoscientist. While working for a mining company with a world-class health and safety program, Allysha developed a passion for the Health and Safety industry which inspired her to pursue a career as a Health and Safety Officer. She is currently working towards her National Construction Safety Officer designation. Presently, Allysha lives in the Okanagan, where she loves to hike, snowboard and enjoy the beautiful outdoors as much as possible.
Red Seal Tradesperson, Safety Trainer
Paul has 35+ years working in the construction industry as a red seal welder and ironworker. Paul has 15+ years of instructor experience as a welding instructor and safety trainer for various mobile equipment including forklift, aerial work platform, new worker orientation training, fall protection and more!
Paul is IVES Certified in: Aerial Lifts, Telehandler and Forklift as well as Honeywell Certified in Fall Protection (OSSA and Non-OSSA)

Chelsea is a newer member to our team , providing on-site health and safety compliance monitoring, safety meeting preparation and facilitation, and administrative advice for organizing EHS management document support!
