Shannen Beckinsale, Principal of LC Environmental, Health & Safety Services has a B.Sc. (Hons) in Environmental Biology, is a qualified National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) and has been working in the industry on small residential to large industrial scale projects for over 7 years. Her expertise lies in the areas of: wildlife biology, regulatory permitting and compliance, construction environmental & health and safety management, employee engagement and education.
She is registered as a Professional Biologist with the Association for Professional Biology (APB), the Alberta Society of Professional Biologists (ASPB) and the College of Applied Biology in British Columbia (CAB-BC).
B.SC., P.GEO., NCSO, PARTNER
Allysha has 7+ years working in the construction and mining industry. Her professional and personable approach makes her a successful leader in our organization. She is efficient in solving technical problems and implementing solutions. Her diverse background produced a unique set of skills and experiences. This skillset allows her to excel in fast paced production environments with efficiency.
Allysha oversees all our workplace health and safety customers, from developing custom occupational health and safety (OH&S) programs, management systems, implementation and administration go OHS programs, employer, supervisor and employee training and project-specific planning. She is well versed in WorkSafeBC and WCB Alberta workplace injury and incident management and assists our customers in navigating the ever-changing regulatory framework.
Red Seal Tradesperson, Safety Trainer
Paul has 35+ years working in the construction industry as a red seal welder and ironworker. Paul has 15+ years of instructor experience as a welding instructor and safety trainer for various mobile equipment including forklift, aerial work platform, new worker orientation training, fall protection and more!
Paul is IVES Certified in: Aerial Lifts, Telehandler and Forklift as well as Honeywell Certified in Fall Protection (OSSA and Non-OSSA)
B.A., SAFETY ADVISOR
Chelsea is an NCSO-in Training and is very hands-on as a safety advisor for our team. She develops and implements OHS programs for our customers, including facilitation and delivery of: safety meetings, joint safety committee member training and meetings, execution of workplace hazard assessments, assignment of corrective actions and is on-call for workplace incident and injuries. Chelsea is organized and professional in her role as a Safety Advisor and has also recently completed her Occupational First Aid Level 3 training.
Kim Warner graduated with a B.Sc. (H Hons) in Biology and has 15 years of experience working with a variety of industries in the environmental consulting field. She has demonstrated strengths in environmental monitoring for construction projects, environmental assessment and research, wildlife management and project management.
She is registered as a Professional Biologist with the College of Applied Biology in British Columbia (CAB-BC) and the Alberta Society of Professional Biologists (ASPB).
